Breast Reduction Before & After
Breast reduction (reduction mammoplasty) decreases the size of overly large or uncomfortable breasts. A breast reduction may also be paired with a breast lift to raise sagging breasts.

Extreme breast reduction (Gigantomastia)
This 67-year-old patient came for a breast reduction. She had been rejected by other plastic surgeons over the past 10 years because of the severity of the case. Her main complaints were the extreme heaviness of her breasts, causing her back pain, shoulder pain, bra strap grooving, and rashes under the breast fold. She also stated that her breasts would get burn injuries every time she tried to cook food at the stove. Diagnosis: Gigantomastia. Procedure performed: Bilateral reduction mammoplasty (Bilateral breast reduction). Total weight removed: 4,705kg or 10.4 lbs

Breast Reduction, Asymmetry Correction
This patient underwent a bilateral breast reduction and correction of asymmetry. Also performed some liposuction on the lateral chest on both sides. The postoperative photos are from one month after surgery.

Breast reduction for macromastia
This patient underwent bilateral breast reduction for macromastia. Her postoperative photos are only from 10 days after surgery. Unfortunately, I don’t have any further postop photos because her remaining visits were televisits (she couldn’t make it in to the office). She is very happy with the results and the relief of her back and shoulder pain!

This patient underwent bilateral breast reduction for macromastia. More than 1kg of tissue was taken off her chest. Her postop photos are from about 3.5 weeks after surgery.

Breast Reduction with Abdominal Lipo
This patient came in for a bilateral breast reduction as well as liposuction of the abdomen and flanks. The recommendation for an optimal result was an abdominoplasty given the pannus/skin folds. However, patient is only 27 years old and has not had children yet. She understood the limitations of doing only liposuction, and she’s very happy with her results.

Bilateral breast reduction for macromastia, with removal of approximately 1.3 kg of breast tissue. Significant improvement of back pain, neck pain, and posture.

Significant size reduction of breasts
This is a 19-year-old female who came with a 4 year history of feeling very self-conscious and uncomfortable with the large size of her breasts. She came in with a hunched over posture so as to hide her chest. She requested a significant size reduction of her breasts, from a 34 D to an A or B. She’s happy with her outcome!

I was fortunate to find Dr. Saber after researching board-certified surgeons who specialize in breast cancer reconstruction revision surgery. I knew I was in good hands from the moment I spoke with the lovely and efficient Marlene, Dr Saber's office manager. I don’t have enough wonderful words to describe Dr Saber and Marlene! I had a tummy tuck done this year and from start to finish the entire experience was amazing. Marlene is always so helpful and works so hard to make every detail a breeze for you. When I had my consultation with Dr Saber I was at a point of complete agony with my body. She instantly took that stress and frustration off my shoulders! As a woman not being heard by doctors for years I left that consultation with happy tears knowing I had finally found my Dr. It was a major surgery and I felt completely zen and at peace going in because she really does make you feel that safe. I LOVED DR SABER!!! There are a few reasons why I chose her. One was because she’s a female Doctor that was my goal who also did a good job (which I was able to confirm with all her before and after photos) and what sold me was my safety in mind. She made me feel like I was in the best hands ever along with Marlene who coordinated everything THANK YOU LADIES! Dr Saber helped me get back the body I have always desired. I had a lot of stomach fat from weight gain and I lost weight so a lot of my weight was in my front lower and upper abdomen.
