Breast Augmentation Before & After
Breast augmentation is a good solution for those with drastically asymmetrical breasts; lost breast volume from age or weight loss; or those who simply want a boost to their appearance. Breasts can be enhanced with implants or fat transfer depending on the patient’s needs and can be paired with a breast lift, liposuction, or other cosmetic procedure.

Breast Augmentation, Asymmetry Correction with Breast Lift
This patient in her 20s came in unhappy with her congenital right breast hypoplasia (congenital mammary hypoplasia) which led to significant breast asymmetry. She wanted a correction of the asymmetry, a breast lift, and an augmentation to a size larger than even her left side. Procedure performed: Bilateral breast augmentation with silicone gel implants and correction of breast asymmetry (smaller implant used on the left side), bilateral breast lift. The after photos are from 3 months post surgery but the right breast implant is larger and will continue to settle for continued improvement in symmetry.

Total capsulectomy with new implants
This patient had a decades-long history of ruptured breast implants with capsular contracture and deformation of her breasts. I removed the ruptured bad implants and performed a total capsulectomy (removal of the thickened and contracted capsules) and placed new implants. Her breasts are still not perfectly symmetric, but it’s the best that could be done in one stage. This was a difficult reconstruction given the distortion of her breasts, muscles, and chest wall after removal of the old ruptured implants and contracted capsules. She’s happy with the results.

Small, natural breast augmentation.
This patient requested a small, natural breast augmentation. I placed 220cc silicone gel implants. The after photos are from 3 weeks post surgery.

Breast augmentation, correction of asymmetry, right breast lift
This patient came in with breast asymmetry and ptosis. She wanted to go larger on both sides, have the asymmetry corrected, and have a lift on the right side. Procedure performed: Bilateral breast augmentation with correction of asymmetry (larger implant on the left), and right breast mastopexy (right breast circumvertical breast lift.)

I was fortunate to find Dr. Saber after researching board-certified surgeons who specialize in breast cancer reconstruction revision surgery. I knew I was in good hands from the moment I spoke with the lovely and efficient Marlene, Dr Saber's office manager. I don’t have enough wonderful words to describe Dr Saber and Marlene! I had a tummy tuck done this year and from start to finish the entire experience was amazing. Marlene is always so helpful and works so hard to make every detail a breeze for you. When I had my consultation with Dr Saber I was at a point of complete agony with my body. She instantly took that stress and frustration off my shoulders! I LOVED DR SABER!!! There are a few reasons why I chose her. One was because she’s a female Doctor that was my goal who also did a good job (which I was able to confirm with all her before and after photos) and what sold me was my safety in mind. She made me feel like I was in the best hands ever along with Marlene who coordinated everything THANK YOU LADIES! Dr Saber helped me get back the body I have always desired. I had a lot of stomach fat from weight gain and I lost weight so a lot of my weight was in my front lower and upper abdomen.
